Students will build on their knowledge by covering more detail on previous subjects as well as new topics such as band saw and pipe cutting safety, the basics of electrical safety, grinding and the injury reporting process. This course must be taken concurrent with welding courses. (Prerequisites: WELD101W, WELD106W, WELD110W, WELD115W, WELD125W, WELD200W, WELD203W, WELD206W, WELD216W, WELD221W or POI; Co-requisite: WELD230 or POI)
